Fees and Payment

 

As of January 31, 2026, GPS is no longer in-network with any insurance company. Itemized receipts or a superbill will be provided for the purpose of seeking insurance reimbursement. Payment or a signed payment plan are required at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card, including Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account.

 

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to beginning services that outlines the estimated cost of services in compliance with the No Surprises Act. 

 

GPS is an approved provider through the Indiana Education Scholarship Account (INESA) for both evaluations and therapy services.
